Social prescribing drop in session

We are holding a Social Prescribing Drop in Session for patients aged 18+ who would like support with money worries, loneliness, carers support, mental wellbeing, community groups and other social needs. The team can offer advice, signposting and referrals to local services.

Thursday 23rd July 2026. Kingsdale Surgery 9am – 12pm and Perry Park Surgery 1pm to 4pm. No appointment needed. Please be aware that there may be a short wait if busy. Please note that we are unable to help with medical needs.
