We operate a computerised repeat prescription policy which works alongside the online registration available to all patients. Please ensure you give the practice at least 2 working days notice when requesting your prescription before collection.

How do I order my Repeat Prescription?

• By completing our online form.
• By visiting the NHS app
• By dropping the tear off slip from your prescription into reception.
• By calling the practice – telephone requests will be accepted by prior arrangement, and only for patients such as the housebound.

Please allow 2 working days for your request to be processed. If you have any problems, please contact the practice.

Medication Review

We review any regular medication on a repeat prescription annually and wherever possible the doctor will do this without you having to attend the surgery. If you have been advised to complete a medication review, please use this form.
