Suggestions, Comments and Complaints
We are always pleased to receive suggestions for improving our services and we like to receive compliments as well. We hope you will never have cause for a serious complaint, but if you do, we have a Complaints Procedure aimed at a quick resolution of any problems.
Please initially speak directly to the doctors or ring/write to the practice manager. If you would like to know more regarding the practice’s Complaints Procedure, please ask reception for a complaints protocol. Should you wish to put something in writing please use our complaint template.
