Birmingham Swifts - LGBT Running Group
The Birmingham Swifts are a free, LGBT running group open to everyone no matter what your ability, age, sexuality or gender.
A gay, lesbian and straight theatre group for both men and women. If you would like to act, help out back stage or just find out more, it’s great fun and you will be made very welcome.

A monthly coffee afternoon in central Birmingham, regular nights out in the gay village, and a variety of other smaller scale meetups hosted by group members.
LGBT HERO is the national health and wellbeing supporting over 100,000 LGBTQ+ people a month by providing trusted information, advice and various types of support including one-to-one, group and peer-support.
